Pinky & The Burd's shrink strikes back with a foursome

The couch is back, and so is trouble. Pinky & The Burd return for round two with their favorite shrink, and this session goes way off script. What starts as a check-up on their relationship turns into a full-blown foursome, with everyone getting a piece of the action. Expect deep throat that would make any therapist speechless, a footjob that redefines "stepping out of your comfort zone," and face sitting that puts the patient firmly in charge for once. Handjobs and masturbation warm things up before the real diagnosis: everybody needs release. Things escalate straight into anal, with cum in mouth and a facial finish that proves some therapy sessions really do end with a happy ending. If you thought couples counseling was boring, Pinky & The Burd are here to flip the script and give this shrink a workout he won't forget. Grab a seat (not the couch, it's occupied) and enjoy the follow-up nobody expected but everybody wanted.
