Doctor Says Open Wide

River Lynn's visit to the doctor takes an unexpected turn when Clarke Kent's examination technique proves to be highly unorthodox. This isn't the kind of appointment you'd find on WebMD, but it's definitely the kind that makes for an interesting co-pay conversation. The medical setting provides the framework, but the actual checkup quickly deviates from standard procedure. Clarke's diagnostic methods involve significantly less paperwork and way more hands-on investigation than any legitimate physician would employ. River, playing the patient who's surprisingly cooperative with this experimental treatment plan, follows instructions with impressive dedication. The "examination" progresses through various positions that definitely aren't covered in medical school, though Clarke approaches each with the focus of a professional. River demonstrates remarkable flexibility for someone supposedly seeking medical attention, adapting to each new position with the ease of someone who's very healthy indeed. Over 22 minutes, the pair explores every corner of the examination room, proving that sometimes the best medicine is the kind that's not actually medicine at all. The scene features plenty of oral examination techniques, though not the kind involving tongue depressors. Clarke's bedside manner is attentive, and River's responses suggest this treatment plan is working exactly as intended. The appointment concludes with Clarke providing a thorough finish to the procedure, and River receiving her prescription in the most direct way possible. Featuring River Lynn and Clarke Kent in an OnlyTeenBlowjobs production that reimagines the doctor-patient relationship with significantly fewer HIPAA compliance issues and much more creative interpretation of "medical emergency."
