Lost Little Lamb

Cindy (Coco Lovelock) is losing sleep over thoughts the Church would call sinful, so she heads to her pastor's house looking for a little guidance. Trouble is, the pastor's out, but his wife Mrs. Murphy (Silvia Saige) is more than happy to keep her company while they wait. She takes sweet Cindy by the hand for a stroll and casually drops that she already knows exactly why the girl came knocking: those confusing feelings about other women. Cindy turns beet red, shocked her pastor spilled the secret, but Mrs. Murphy smoothly changes the subject with a mention of cookies baking in the oven and ushers her inside. Once they're cozy on the couch with a plate of treats, Mrs. Murphy drops her own confession: she's a lesbian too, and the pastor is gay. Turns out this holy couple has been using his pulpit to sniff out folks questioning their sexuality, then 'helping' them in the most hands-on way imaginable. Cindy is horrified, insisting it all goes against scripture, but Mrs. Murphy has a verse ready for everything, purring that God loves every lost lamb, including the ones who wander from the flock. She and her husband, she says, were chosen to be shepherds for the strays, and she'd love nothing more than to guide little Cindy back home.
