Tyler Cruise is that stepbrother who lives to stir the pot, and his favorite target is his stepsister, Tiffany Watson, who thinks he's a total brat. One afternoon Tiffany comes home from shopping and Tyler snatches her bag, digging for dirt. He fishes out a pair of naughty lingerie and instantly teases her about a secret boyfriend.
