SCENE OPENS on Josh (Alex Jett) and his girlfriend Chrissy (Lily Larimar) working as baristas in a cafe. Josh is wiping a corner of the counter, while Chrissy sets out some empty coffee cups. Chrissy tries to make small talk about their plans for the weekend, but Josh is being unusually withdrawn. When Chrissy asks what's wrong, Josh eventually confesses that he cheated on her.
