Nikky Thorne feeds Raul Costa's urge in therapy

"The Urge" opens on Dr. Ross (Nikky Thorne), a psychologist who settles at her desk and starts writing in her journal about a very unusual day. A frightened woman had come to her, confessing a dark fantasy she couldn't shake — one where a man (Raul Costa) approaches her and a hunger takes over, an appetite to be filled in every possible sense. As Dr. Ross records the case, she admits her professional curiosity is running wild. Big mistake, doc: the fantasy doesn't stay on paper. Soon Nikky is the one giving in, and Raul is happy to answer the call. Expect plenty of hands-on work, toys, deep anal action and a woman who takes her therapy very seriously. Nikky is blonde trouble with curves for days, and Raul keeps up every step of the way. When the couch talk ends, the real session begins — and nobody's taking notes anymore.
