Cory Chase plays Heather, a former cheerleader turned coach who invites her star student Marykate Moss (as Kelly) over for a "pep talk" before a big competition. Flipping through old photos, they notice Kelly looks just like young Heather — cue the title. When Heather's husband Donald (Stirling Cooper) wanders in, the innocent photo idea takes a turn. Heather asks Kelly to try on her old uniform, and the request to change right there in front of them is the first sign this pep talk has a hidden agenda. The cameras come out, the leering gets obvious, and soon the couple drops the real pitch: a threesome.
