Maya Kendrick faces exposure therapy with Dana DeArmond

The scene opens on Ella (Maya Kendrick) falling apart in front of her therapist (Dana DeArmond). The therapist isn't buying the meltdown, and she's frankly fed up with how little progress they've made session after session. She's tried everything, but Ella just won't play ball and doesn't seem to be trying to get better at all. Ella is terrified of the outside world and spends her days locked away in a dark room, all by herself. Her social anxiety is crippling, and she comes undone at the smallest thing. She's convinced that the second she steps outside, someone will make a pass at her. She's so scared of being put on the spot, of anything remotely sexual, that she'd rather shut the door on the whole world than risk it. But Dana has reached her limit. If Ella is hiding away just to dodge a little sexual embarrassment, then it's time to bite the bullet and face the music head on. Once she gets Ella to trust her and surrender completely, the real work begins. A short while later, Ella is horrified to find herself dragged into a loud, rowdy nightclub. The therapist insists that the only way to beat a fear of public humiliation is to walk right into it. Surrounded by hungry, masked strangers, Ella meekly hands herself over to Dana and Dana's waiting husband, Steve Holmes. With strap-on play, plenty of oral back and forth, and hardcore anal on the menu, one big question hangs in the air: is this really a cure, or has the good doctor finally lost her mind?
