Ruth Fabiny

Ruth Fabiny is proof that the smartest person in the room can also be the most photographed. Born in Germany and raised in Paraguay, she speaks English, Spanish and German fluently — a real-life polyglot who reads more like a grad student than a glamour icon, which is exactly the point. While pursuing a degree in biology and bioethics, Ruth has spent her downtime building a striking body of work for Playboy Plus, where she appears as one of the site's featured Muses. Standing 5'6" (168 cm) with a natural figure, she brings a thoughtful, magazine-cover elegance to everything she shoots, favoring artful, VIP-tier content over anything loud or gimmicky. Think less 'party girl,' more Emma Watson with a wink — brains, poise, and a passport full of stamps. Her Playboy work leans into classic pin-up sensuality, tasteful and confident rather than chaotic, which suits someone who talks about cancer research in one breath and modeling shoots in the next. What sets Ruth apart isn't just the trilingual charm or the biology textbooks stacked somewhere off camera — it's the sense that she treats every project, whether scientific or sensual, with the same quiet seriousness. She's the rare performer whose bio reads like a Rhodes Scholarship application and whose portfolio reads like a European fashion spread. Ruth Fabiny isn't chasing trends; she's simply excellent at more than one thing at once.
