Barbara Desiree

Meet Barbara Desiree, the petite powerhouse from Cleveland, Ohio, standing at just 162 cm and weighing 47 kg with a perky 32B bra size, brown hair, and hazel eyes. Born on August 23, 1990, this outgoing small-town girl grew up in Ohio and chased her dreams as a theater student before diving full-time into modeling. She's an open book about her journey, proudly appearing as a Playmate in South Africa and featured in international Playboy editions from Venezuela, Mexico, Italy, and Bulgaria.

Barbara loves meeting new people and shines on set, thanks to her theater training. When photographer Jennifer Vaughn called for a shoot, she jumped at the chance. Don't let the sexy poses fool you—she puts on a fun show but keeps it real off-camera. Now a tattooed centerfold staying active in the industry, she's heating up screens and pages with her confident vibe. Give Barbara a warm welcome; she's just getting started on her long runway ahead.
