August Skye and Lana Smalls are packing up boxes one day when they stumble upon their old spirit board. They're absolutely ticked pink as they start recounting old memories of when they used to tempt the spirits with their supernatural shenanigans. That's when one of them gets the idea to go back to their old haunt (and the place where they had their first kiss)... Placard Manor! When they arrive at Placard Manor, it's just as dark and cobwebby as they remember it. They find the perfect spot and bust open the spirit board, ready for some giggles and chills. What they end up getting, however, is something much more real... and ghostly, than they ever could imagine. Penny Barber, a resident spirit of Placard Manor, shows up, and she's only got one thing on her mind...
