Gracie Jane, a realtor, is tidying up a home, making sure everything looks immaculate for her meeting with a prospective homebuyer, Summer Col, who should be arriving any second. The doorbell rings and Gracie goes to greet Summer. Gracie leads her inside and they start chatting. 'I'm sure you're going to ADORE this home, and if you're interested in it, the seller is hoping to get rid of it ASAP,' Gracie explains.
