Charlotte (Lexi Luna) and Max (Seth Gamble) are former high school sweethearts who are now married. They've settled into a family life that seems outwardly fulfilling but there's more to their relationship than what's presented to the outside world. Charlotte's dealing with confusion about her sexual identity while Max begins breadcrumbing multiple women on social media--initiating conversations and making vague promises without intending to follow through. Neither knows how the other feels, and they're doing their best to keep it together as a couple. When PTA members Christy and Samantha, invite Charlotte to a Girls' Weekend, she takes them up on the offer. After discussing it with Max, they both think a weekend 'off' is a great idea. Their excitement for what's to come leads to a passionate lovemaking session in bed.
