Next, Siri moves on to a front raise to warm up the shoulders before taking you through some hip bridges and lateral step-ups. Keeping your energy level up, Siri demonstrates some Bulgarian split squats, ab wheel exercises, forearm planks, and goblet squats before capping the session off with the half Turkish get up.
